Ollie Otter meets some very strange creatures from the far-away Warm Waters.  They convince him that his long-lost family must be there. But none of his friends believes him.  To everyone's dismay and without telling anyone, not even Ben Beaver,  he bravely swims off determined to find his beloved sister.
